WSET® Level 3 Award in Wines – Professional Wine Knowledge for Experts

This advanced qualification provides you with in-depth product knowledge and expert-level tasting skills. Upon completion, you will be able to accurately identify a wine’s style, assess its quality, and describe it with confidence. The WSET® Level 3 Award in Wines is highly regarded within the wine industry and can boost your career opportunities for roles such as sommelier. It is also a prerequisite for progressing to the WSET® Level 4 Diploma in Wines, which is delivered in English only.

➨ Course Dates: 6 days: 10–12 & 24–26 July 2026 (Fr – Su), from 09:30 to 18:00

➨Registration deadline: 22 June 2026

➨ Assessment:
The final exam consists of two parts:

• Practical: Blind tasting of two wines
• Theory: Written paper with 50 multiple-choice questions and four short written-answer question

To pass, you must achieve at least 55% in both parts.

➨ Entry Requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• This course is not suitable for beginners.
• Completion of the WSET® Level 2 Award in Wines or an equivalent level of knowledge is strongly recommended.

➨ Recommended Preparation:
A thorough understanding of the study materials is essential for success. We recommend at least 55 hours of private study in addition to classroom learning. We will support you throughout your preparation.

➨ Study Pack:
The study pack will be sent to you immediately after registration.

➨ The Course Fee Includes:
WSET® Level 3 study pack, course materials, quizzes, tuition, water, coffee and snacks during breaks, exam fee, postage, tasting of 75 wines, and the official WSET® certificate upon passing.
